Cute Home Walmart Finds

I have been finding the cutest Walmart home goods lately.  Here are a few things you might like and I few things I brought home with me.

My Texas House

I have shared a lot of My Texas House purchases over the years including my recent guest bedroom quilt.  It’s holding up great and still looks Pottery Barn good.

For $17 these neutral pillows are great quality and so pretty.  The in-store merchandising leaves a little to be desired. You need to use your imagination to see these as pretty in your home.

I picked one up for the living room sectional and it’s perfect.  The large size is surprising for this price.

MTH is sometimes hard to find in stores but online you get a better feel for their offerings.

Better Homes & Gardens

Recently I decided to change out all the kitty dishes for bamboo.  Ummm.  After I broke a water dish and decided glass has no place on the floor where it can get kicked or the robot travels.

But mainly it’s my own clumsiness.

Anyway, I found the prettiest bamboo pieces at Walmart and got a couple little bowls for kitty water dishes and then a few large plates for my own patio dining.

They have a number of different serving pieces too which are nice.

BH&G flatware has been making the rounds on a lot of social media and I got a chance to see it in person at my local store.  It really is pretty impressive.  If you wanted an inexpensive black or gold set, this would be it!

Wicker-like serving pieces are attractive and they have everything from cake stands to water dispenser bases.

Pioneer Woman

Colorful and cheerful Pioneer Women goodies always make my heart sing.  Do you know there are now two PW Corelle patterns?  The blue is my favorite.

A set of kitchen towels and a colorful watermelon candle are making up a hostess gift I need this week.  So cute.

What I’m Eating

A new energy ball recipe made it to my blender.  Carrot Cake!  A grated carrot and yummy golden raisins take the sweet over the top.  Tiny chocolate chips turn an energy ball into dessert, but these feel healthy and are a nice change.

This was my inspiration recipe, but I made a lot of substitutions based on ingredients already in my kitchen.

Wrap Up

Thanks for taking a shopping trip to Walmart with me.  I know that’s not the most exciting thing on your agenda, but you know I love a good deal and a cute home find.

We have a little road trip to look forward to next week and I’m excited to share that with you soon.

God bless you and yours for a wonderful week ahead!
