A Simple Easter Tablescape with Bunny Toile Plates

Easter comes a bit early this year – it’ll be here in just three weeks!  In fact, the children in our community start their spring break this week.

So I thought today I’d share my plans for a simple Easter tablescape using the bunny toile plates I’ve had for years.  I’m using mostly things I already own, with just a couple of new purchases this year.

If you’re looking for a simple Easter tablescape idea, using things you already own is often the prettiest solution.

Easter Table Centerpiece

Well that was easy…

As in I just used the lazy Susan styled for spring that I have every day in my kitchen.  I added a couple little eggs and called it Easter!

This simple Easter centerpiece works perfectly for brunch, dinner, or even a casual spring gathering.

I bought these faux tulips from Amazon in 2022!  They look as real and pretty as the day they came.  I have recommended them on my blog before and I’m still calling them 5 stars!

Simple Easter Place Settings

Each place setting is a simple large white dinner plate, a pretty blue-green patterned napkin (both from World Market years ago), a bunny toile plate and a pastel egg.

The plates were a gift from my sisters and I have loved them season after season.  And every time I take them out of the cupboard, they just make me happy.

That’s it.  Simple, but cute and very Easter-y.

Spring Flowers in the Kitchen

Spring is really and truly here when the grocery store sells daffodils.  I just love how tightly rolled up the buds are when I buy them.  Then after just a few hours in a vase of water they open up their sunny little faces and cheer on the world.

Waxy poetic about grocery store daffodils?  Okay, I will!

Who wouldn’t want their morning beverage with the sun pouring in and a vase of daffodils to greet them?

Oh.  And speaking of the vase!  Remember when I found the Pottery Barn vase dupe from Target?  How snappy does it look front and center in the kitchen?

Another teeny purchase this year (as in literally a couple of bucks) was this sweet bunny picture from my recent Hobby Lobby trip.

Just like in nature, bunnies seem to multiply in my home.

Decorating the Kitchen for Easter

The kitchen is the only room in the house I’ve decorated for Easter.  All of my décor fits nicely on the arched cabinet.

The shelves can be really dark, so I added one of the under cabinet rechargeable light strips we get from Amazon.

Those light strips are another amazing purchase which we have bought time and again and have placed in so many dark places that lack electricity.
