I always love hearing what people are actually using and loving at home—so I thought I’d share a few recent purchases that have truly been worth it.
These are the kinds of things that either make everyday life easier… or simply make things feel a little prettier around here.
And honestly, I can’t keep these to myself—some of them are so good, I’ve bought them twice (at least!).
🪴 Outdoor Planters & Patio Touches
I’ve been slowly refreshing our patio for spring, and my several-years-old planters are looking much more stylish with a mix of UV-resistant greenery and flowers.
My new patio set is such a jewel, but it’s really the combination of real and faux plants that makes the space feel polished—and like somewhere I actually want to sit and stay awhile.
Along with the mosquitoes, unfortunately. 😉
🧼 Shark Vacuum (A Repeat Purchase)
This is one of those purchases where I didn’t hesitate the second time.
Also… who wears out a vacuum? I didn’t even know that was possible, but apparently we managed it.
Last week I did a little spring cleaning in the guest room and sprinkled baking soda on the mattress. It seemed like a great idea… until my Shark refused to pick it up.
That’s when I knew.
We didn’t do much research—I simply ordered another Shark (in a very snappy navy color), unboxed it, assembled it in minutes, and got right back to vacuuming.
It’s noticeably more powerful, which makes me think the old one had been fading for quite a while.
🍽️ Rubbermaid Food Storage
Not the most exciting purchase—but definitely one of the most useful.
These containers stack beautifully, seal tightly, and have made a noticeable difference in keeping the fridge organized.
I’ve shared these before (possibly more times than anyone needs 😅), but they’re just that good.
I know many people are switching to glass, but I personally love that these are lightweight and non-breakable.
Sometimes it really is the simple things.
🕯️ Flameless Tea Light Candles
This simple purchase is by far and away the most delightful purchase I have made in recent history.
I added a few of these in the kitchen and around the house, and they are on a two-hour timer which switches them on in the early a.m. When I get up to feed the hungry felines and brew a cup o’ joe, my path is gently lit.
No glaring overhead kitchen light necessary!
They’re such an easy way to make things feel cozy without worrying about real flames.
✨ Medicube Serum
I started using this serum back in November and have really been enjoying it.
It’s lightweight, easy to apply, and a nice addition to my routine.
And when it went on sale during Amazon’s spring event (whatever they’re calling it these days), I stocked up—I’m now on my fourth bottle!
