Today I am reflecting on the recent purchases I made (or repurchased) from Amazon and why I recommend them.
It can be so overwhelming shopping for everyday items when you have a gazillion options like Amazon offers.
So when I find things that work, I like to share them. These items are:

- ✔ Budget-friendly

Colorful Koala Workout Pants
The price goes up and down on this brand as they offer promotions. And different colors and patterns tend to be different prices.
I took advantage of a recent sale and restocked this long-time favorite. I purchased emerald green and charcoal gray since I have more than enough pairs of black leggings.
For the price these are a reliable fit, comfortable, have two pockets on the legs and just enough support for the kind of activities I do.
For cold-weather outdoor activities, these won’t be your choice, but for a day at the gym – perfect!
Medicube Skin Care
The past few months I have been on a new skin care journey and I think I am getting pretty good results.
There is nothing short of a time machine or a mega facelift that is going to erase 30 years, but a couple of things have really been making a difference.
When I am finished with my protocol, I’ll report back on details.
From Vjuv’s open house celebration, I won a skin care basket and the products have been wonderful.
But right before I won that, I had also purchased a number of Medicube potions.
There is so much hype around these reasonably priced items I just had to try them. And guess what?
They deliver. So far what I have purchased more than once is Collagen Glow Booster Serum and the Pink Peptide Eye Cream.
But all the items I purchased are really nice and live up to the hype.
Rechargeable Flameless Tea Light Candles
When I was cozying up my kitchen a few weeks ago, I mentioned these candles, and I just get happier with them by the day.
I keep two in the kitchen and they are on a timer so that when I get up in the morning, they are already lit and stay on for two hours.
Preparing coffee to soft candle light is the way to go!
Rechargeable Under Cabinet Lighting
Not only the soft candles in the kitchen, the rechargeable strips we purchased have worked out so well, we bought more and placed them in all of our utility closets, pantry and coat closet.

It is so nice to have a well-lit space without wiring for electricity or using battery puck lights.
Adjustable brightness and a motion-detector setting give plenty of options for any area.
The magnetic attachment keeps them securely in place without use tools or drilling holes.

Anthem Health and Wellness Club
Deb’s event this month is at noon on Friday, January 30 at the Anthem Civic Building. I bolded Friday since the meetings typically are held on Wednesday.
The guests speaking are The Power Couple who host a podcast and blog providing solutions for a detox from technology among other helpful tips.
The meeting is no charge, but registration is appreciated.
