If you’ve been with me for any length of time at all, you know I love all things Pottery Barn. I have tried unsuccessfully to wean myself from this addiction, but to no avail.
On a recent trip to our favorite outdoor mall, hub and I popped into Pottery Barn to look at their spring offering.
And. I am reminded why I love it so much. They never disappoint. Oh. Until I look at the price tags.
The good news and bad news about Pottery Barn is that their furniture and décor stay around year after year.
So in theory if you bought a living room set about seven years ago, you’ll see something very similar available today.
My family room furniture:

That warms the thrifty part of my heart.
Bedding
Duping expensive bedding is my hobby. With three cats and a personal propensity for coffee drinking in bed, expensive bedding seems like a risk to me.
Oh, yeah and I might be cheap.
But every single time I see PB’s bedding displays, I go into slobbering drooling mess mode. I can barely contain myself.
From simple quilts to extravagant duvets, I want them all!
Regardless of all the “flowers” hub still highly approved of the Scarlett quilt. Online I saw it paired with chambray shams and that is so much up my alley.

I saw a close dupe for it on Amazon and I’m considering both. They are only about $300 difference price-wise 😉.
Pottery Barn has a LoveShack line of very fru-fru offerings which are not normally my style.
But. But, this bedding. Be still, my heart.

The blue rose duvet may be the most gorgeous thing ever.
And the cherry on top, they made the bed with the LoveShack bow and heart quilt.

Can anyone convince me I don’t need these? Oh, yeah, the person who read about the three cats and coffee.
Tableware
Several years ago I purchased acrylic wine glasses from PB on end-of-season sale and to this day, after purchasing many cheaper glasses, these are my favorite.
So I always take a peek at the melamine and acrylic tableware and see if there is something I cannot live without.
This blue seems dressy and casual all at once. Perfect for alfresco dining.

All of this green is pretty too.

For a fancy summer event, the seashell tablescape is stunning:

Here is a close up of the pearlescent platter and dishes. With all the sparkly crystal it’s like a gem.

Floral
I’ve talked about PB’s faux florals many times, so I won’t wax on now, but I did spy that they are showcasing citrus again.

Time to whip mine back out and figure out a new way to use them.
Any suggestions?
Anthem Health & Wellness
For locals, Deb’s event this month is Wednesday, April 23rd at noon at the civic building. The speaker is Matt Russell and the topic is cannabis. If I know this community, the event will be full, so be sure to register (no charge) early.

Wrap Up
Thank you for joining me on a shopping trip. What’s on the weekend agenda?
As always, God bless you and yours and we’ll see you next week!
