Come along with me as I’m using the gentle, non-invasive therapy helping people overcome chronic pain and heal naturally.
Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) and Red Light Therapy (RLT)
My dear friend Marie suggested hub and I try alternative pain-relief treatments offered at VJuv, an Arizona MedSpa with an office here in Anthem. She and her hub have used a couple of their services with great success.
So.
Since we both find we have a number of pain areas that could use a bit of attention, we signed up for the free introductory treatments they offer.
The pain relief therapy utilizing PEMF and RLT was our primary interest. I for my knee and he for his shoulder. Oh, and there may be a few other areas where pain is nagging us, but this is where we started.
This may not be the most flattering shot of me, but you can see how nice the office is and how comfy I am during the PEMF treatment.

You can read more about the benefits of those therapies on their site here.
Pelvic Floor Treatment
The other treatment we received is considered “pelvic health.”
“What?!”, you ask. You want to talk about that? Give me a sec here, okay?
Every woman who’s given birth or reached the age of 50 has probably experienced a moment of embarrassment with a hearty sneeze or laugh at some point.
And every man who’s over the age of something (I’m not a urologist) experiences changes in their plumbing too.
Okay, are you still with me?
VJuv has a monster chair (technically they call it a Pelvic Floor Treatment Chair) you sit in and receive electromagnetic therapy to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

So for a half hour you sit in a chair and receive an experience in your nether regions I can’t really explain. But if you live in Arizona, you can receive 15 minutes for free and then you can describe it to me.
If you don’t live in AZ, you should call them and ask them for a your local treatment center. Really!
VJuv Anthem
Sweet Andrea owns and operates the Anthem site. There are two suites with a lot of expensive equipment designed to get you up and running (maybe literally!) without drugs or incisions.

John and I both love her and are looking forward to great results.

Oh, and did I mention? Most insurances (including Medicare) cover the treatment with a copay. Yahoo!
Wrap Up
I Know I haven’t done justice to the benefits of this treatment, but several of my friends have made appointments and are looking forward to less pain, inflammation and maybe a good night’s sleep.
In fact, Deb is hosting Andrea as a speaker at an upcoming Anthem Health and Wellness Club meeting on September 24th (details to follow as they are available).
Well, what do you think? Could this be something you’d be interested in? I’ll keep you updated on our progress!
As always, God bless you and yours for a wonderful week ahead.
