If you love Trader Joe’s like I do and if you like autumn, step right up. Consider this your Trader Joe’s Fall Shopping Guide.
My recent trip to Trader Joe’s was like a visit to a fall festival!
Every endcap was dedicated to pumpkins and apples and maple and cinnamon.
Not to mention the baking aisle and the freezer section!
So let’s get to it, shall we?
Baking Goods
If you prefer to concoct your own creations, the spice aisle has everything you’ll need for your favorite fall flavors (see what I did there?).

In addition to all the usual spices, there was canned pumpkin, apple pie spread, butter with brown sugar and maple syrup. Well it goes on and on. More non-seasonal baking products are also stocked such as whipping cream, canned milk, almond paste and yeast.
I think they’ve got you covered!
And if you’re more of a mix person, my goodness, do they have everything you could imagine for the cozy season.
I spied pumpkin bread and muffin mix, pumpkin pancake mix (and a gluten-free version), and cinnamon roll blondie bar mix.

And if you want to completely skip the oven and go straight to eating, The apple cider donuts kept calling my name. Not to mention the apple cinnamon sourdough bread.
You must realize I have nerves of steel to come home with none of that!

Frozen Foods
The frozen food section was heavily populated with new and interesting goodies.
I thought the package with three mini cheeseburgers looked like it might be convenient and tasty.
And the butternut squash mac & cheese bites were so tempting! I’m one of those who assumes mixing squash with mac & cheese renders it healthy.

For breakfast, frozen pumpkin waffles and pumpkin cheesecake croissants were front and center.

Desserts, of course, are plentiful. The cutest ever maple leaf ice cream sandwiches caught my eye. I think it should be required all Canadians eat those.
The salted maple ice cream was another frosty treat which seems perfect for those of us in climates that still invite cold desserts.

Beverages
Trader Joe’s has every autumn beverage you can imagine.

As in everything from cold brew coffee, harvest herb tea, apple cider, pumpkin hard cider and ale, witches brew red wine.

Savory Soups & Crackers
The pumpkin cranberry crisps crackers are on the shelves and they will not last long.
At the beginning of summer TJ’s sells the strawberry jalapeno version of those crackers, and oh, my, they are just crack to me. My tongue is on fire and delighted by strawberry. Whoever invented those crackers needs to be awarded the Nobel.
Along with the crackers, are displayed the autumnal harvest soup and the same version of pasta sauce.
I will say I have tried the soup in the past and it’s just easier and tastier to whip up my own vegetable soup.

Snacks
Just in case all that wasn’t quite enough for your sweet or salty tooth, there are gummies, cookies, maple spiced nuts, chips and chocolate bars.

Hub snuck in two bags of bat shaped potato chip snacks into our cart. I’m staying away though.
Non Food
TJ’s will help you out if you want to celebrate the season without adding to your girth too.
I spied vanilla pumpkin hand soap, fall scented candle trio, apple cider hand soap, fall candle tins, pumpkin hand cream, cinnamon roll lip mask, sugar scrub and body butter.

I almost bought the lip mask. It seems to be a dupe of the popular Leneige Lip Sleeping Mask which sells for $24 from Amazon.
I do have a moisturizer addiction and have so much lotion, cream and lip balm, I skipped it, but if you got it, let us know.
And then there were cute fuzzy felt pumpkins and garland.
Wrap Up
There are so many more Trader Joe’s autumn picks that I didn’t mention here, so if you’re feeling the fall mood, I hope this gives you an idea of what you’ll find.
I suppose we can assuredly say summer is over.
How does that make you feel? I know, I’m not ready either.
Well, let’s celebrate a new season and thank you for coming along.
As always, know you are in my prayers.
