Simple Grilled Potatoes in Foil
Easy, crispy potatoes with no clean up!

- 4 medium potatoes of your choice (we used russet)
- dried chopped onion to taste
- Creole seasoning
- ¼ cup butter cut into pats
Slice potatoes uniformly about ¼ inch. Place in a colander, rinse off starch and dry.
Place potatoes in a piece of foil large enough to fully enclose. Non-stick foil works best.
Season to taste with dried onion and Creole seasoning. We like ours quite spicy.
Dot the top with pats of butter for flavor.
Close foil tightly and place on heated grill at about 400℉.
Turn foil packet in ten minutes. Turn twice more until about 30 minutes total cooking time. Potatoes should be tender inside and crispy outside.
