BBQ Party Meatballs
Easy peasy worry-free dish perfect for entertaining.

Servings: 3 dozen meatballs
- 3 pounds ground beef It would be easy to sub one pound of the beef with ground turkey
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup dried onion flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
Combine all ingredients except sauce. I used the KitchenAid.
Create uniform balls and cook through on stovetop.
Drain grease.
If serving immediately, add BBQ sauce and heat through. If serving later, refrigerate until about 30-60 minutes prior to serving. Then cover in BBQ sauce and heat.
