- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or 3 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Grease a round Pyrex pan well.
Beat eggs and stir in all ingredients until it forms a batter.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Cut into two, making two slices of "bread."
Toast in the frying pan and add desired ingredients for a hearty meal.
