Energy Bites
Delicious no bake snacks to help tame a sweet tooth!

Servings: 24 1" balls
- 1 cup oatmeal I used old-fashioned quick oats
- 1 cup flaked coconut flakes
- ½ cup peanut butter Add more PB if the mixture is too dry
- ½ cup ground flax seed
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you like.
Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated or frozen.
