Energy Bites

Delicious no bake snacks to help tame a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal I used old-fashioned quick oats
  • 1 cup flaked coconut flakes
  • ½ cup peanut butter Add more PB if the mixture is too dry
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you like.
  • Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated or frozen.
