Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼-½ cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced I used Kalamata
  • sprinkling of Feta
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • squeeze of lemon
  • pinch of oregano
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Line the bowl with cottage cheese.
  • Add the chopped veggies.
  • Sprinkle with feta.
  • Drizzle oil and lemon juice and add salt & pepper if desired.
